Changing the Narrative

Thank you for visiting our website. I am Anna Glaser, the founder of ABA Center for Excellence. We are a group of pioneers in the ABA world that strive to educate and support communities so that people of all ages and abilities can have a voice and an active role in their communities.

I started ABA-CFE because I wanted to reach a population that was disregarded by society and I wanted to do this in a meaningful way. I dreamed of helping people with disabilities integrate into society in their own unique ways. I dreamed of a future in which they would have the same things the rest of us have (friends, hobbies, a way to contribute to society, romantic relationships- basically live a purposeful life).

I am proud to be part of a team that shares these values. The entire ABA-CFE team, from administrative employees to ABA therapy clinicians, pour their hearts and souls into turning this dream into a reality. Our work is our calling.

We realize that our clients do not have many resources available to them and the resources available are often ill equipped to support them. In a community struggling to support our clients, their amazing families have no choice but to become fierce advocates and experts on all matters affecting their loved one’s lives. One of the most important aspects of our work is to educate and empower caregivers so that they have the power to advocate, teach, and guide their loved ones to reach their full potential in their own unique way.

There is much work to be done in our community. The families that are raising our community members with disabilities need our support. ABA-CFE is at the forefront of reform by listening to our clients and their families and by influencing our community to do right by our clients. Our team is involved in more than just ABA therapy. We are advocates, social activists and reformers. Our dream is to build our community to integrate people with disabilities in a meaningful way. Our dream is for our clients to be heard and to live, work, and play in their communities in their own unique ways.
