Asperger Syndrome: From Diagnosis to Independence

Throughout the Summer of 2017, Aspergers101 will offer an information packed series of programs on High-Functioning Autism and Asperger Syndrome at San Antonio's Main Public Library. This free Summer Series, in partnership with Sinclair Broadcasting and sponsored by HEB, focuses on understanding and excelling with High-Functioning Autism or Asperger Syndrome. Host, Jennifer Allen, Founder of Aspergers101, has assembled a well-known team of Autism experts in the medical and education fields, as well as those living successfully on the Spectrum. This panel of Autism experts will provide 4 live sessions to library patrons and livestream viewers in six other library branches, as well as online.

This summer series is groundbreaking and unique in its free availability to viewers in the public library system, and offering of a live Q & A after each session in which patrons can ask our expert panel questions pertaining to Autism and Aspergers.
